This tour is conducted during the mango harvesting season of April to June. You'll take a guided walking tour around the farm where you will be able to get out in the fields and learn about the various activities in the farm. You will see how fruits & vegetables grow. You also get a chance to familiarize yourself with a wide variety of fruit plants in the farm and utilize the opportunity to pluck and enjoy the fruits, according to what's in season.

By now you will be hungry, lunch will be served which is traditional rural Karnataka cuisine.

The guided mango plucking starts post lunch. You can pick the juiciest of mangoes right from the trees. You pay for what you pick. The farm grows badami mangoes and these are one of the most tastiest mango variety. After you have plucked to your hearts content, you will wash the mangoes and BUY them to be carried home. This tour will take 1-1.5 hours. The tress are dwarfs at this point and this makes the activity completely safe for children.

You will be walking in the fields, so remember to wear shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. Also dont underestimate Bangalore traffic and plan to get to the farm very early, so you can make best use of your visit.

Note that it is NOT just another mango-picking event where you simply walk-in, pick your mangoes, buy them and go back. It is not comparable to other mango-picking events taking place elsewhere around Bangalore.

It is a very immersive and indulging experience which takes almost the entire day. You will get to know about organic farming, interact with farm animals, climb trees, ride a tractor, enjoy hearty farm-fresh breakfast and lunch and of course pick mangoes from trees too! Numbers are limited to 25-30 per day in order not to make the place crowded so that we don't end up creating city-like atmosphere in the farm.

After successful Mango picking events in every year since 2015, we have completed the same in 2019 also. See you again in 2020.

Pick mangoes (Badami/Alphonso and Mallika) directly from the trees. You can also                     pick other fruits (like Sapota/Chikku, Guava, Cherries, Rose Apple, etc.) Also an opportunity to indulge in rural Karnataka food and play some rural games in the farm. Spend the day in a live organic farm soaking in clean, fresh air.
