Farm Stay & Outings
Chiguru Farm © 2016 All Rights Reserved
The core premise of the farm, is a sense of community. This philosophy extends to the rooms and bathrooms.
The farm house has been newly constructed and features reused materials.
We offer spacious rooms that are split into a ground and mezzanine floors and can sleep 6-8 adults comfortably.
The house has been designed by an architect, and incorporates reused doors, windows and Mangalore tiles. The team spent months and months in scouring the villages of rural Karnataka to procure these reusable materials. The compressed bricks are made on the farm and the roofing hay has been harvested from the local water bodies. The result is a very beautiful yet rustic barn, that immediately transports the visitor to a rural setting , yet have access to the simple modern amenties that we are so used to these days
We offer spacious rooms that are designed to fit anyone's set of friends.
With a rural Karnataka cuisine, your taste buds are sure to delight any time of the day.
If relaxing is more your style, be sure to spend your afternoon unwinding and relaxing, reading a book amidst the birds and the trees.
